Thailand is known for the popularity of smaller engine motocycles where the Giants of motor company like Honda and Yamaha competes furiously. Recently this little bike has spotted my attention for its unique design resembling the BMX with more muscles and torque comparing to other motobikes on the street where functionality overcome styles. The tiny little monster is called KSR, made by Kawasaki.
KSR has emerged to gain its popularity and followers among recreational bikers. Check out their community website. --> http://www.ksrthailand.com/ Interestingly as it may already sound, the community of KSR enthusiasts are both men and women who enjoy the sensational riding experience as you can see from these pictures of local bikers who took their KSR's on a 600 km adventure trip .
Apart from the regular bike trips to the country side, others seeks thrills in developing the bike tricks and stunt shows. See some KSR tricks in the video below from Oblivious, a local metal/progressive rock band's cover of HIM's Right Here In My Arms.
KSR may be just a niche segment in the huge motorists' pie of Thailand (for the big picture, check out the 5 Main Classes of Motorbikes in Thailand) but these bikers surely are full with energy and styles that no other bikes could give.
