The bands have got to thank the many people who pour in the gigs that sometimes there's no breathing room in the cafe and bars. The venues that are considered hotspots for these events are Mag:Net Cafe in Katipunan and Bonifacio High Street, SaGuijo in Makati, Route 196 in Katipunan, 6underground in Ortigas, and Penguin Cafe in Malate, Manila.

Mag:Net has two venues open at Katipunan in Quezon City, and at Bonifacio High Street in Taguig City. The venue in Katipunan caters to the those living in the north of Manila. Those who go there are usually artists, students, and academic professionals living in the area. Katipunan is lined with colleges and two universities. The crowd is pretty much the same at Route 196.

Bonifacio High Street in Taguig City sits on the center of high-end developments of apartments and shopping areas right beside the business district of Makati.

High-end Makati Bar Nu.Vo has been the venue for the launch of Drip's sophomore album "Identity Theft" in March 2008. The crowd that hangs-out at the Makati and Bonifacio venues are mostly people who work in advertising agencies and production houses with offices in Makati and Ortigas (the latter is nearby Makati and Bonifacio).

UpDharmaDown brings in a crowd of college students to young professionals in their late to mid-30s. Drip's audience are mostly in their 20s to 30s.
